Our comprehensive service includes sourcing suitable properties, negotiating contracts with agents, as well as managing and maintaining the accommodations in collaboration with the agents.

Whether our clients require single rooms, shared flats, or entire houses, we can cater to their needs for a few days, weeks, months, or even more extended periods. Our ultimate goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience for those who need to reside temporarily or on an ongoing basis away from their primary residence.

All our properties are fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary to make guests feel at ease. To ensure utmost satisfaction, we professionally clean and service the accommodations on a weekly basis, which also includes linen changes.

Our work with letting agents

We are actively seeking Lettings and Estate Agents to collaborate with, establishing long-term partnerships for the purpose of renting houses and flats on extended term basis.

Our goal is to foster enduring relationships with Agents who can provide us with suitable properties catering to corporate tenants, including IT contractors, project managers, professionals like medical staff, and various contractors such as site managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors. These accommodations are intended to meet the short- and mid-term housing needs of these professionals and staff members who are engaged in projects of extended durations.

Agents can greatly benefit from our collaboration as they will receive long-term management fees with minimal or no involvement from their end.

We are particularly interested in rental periods ranging from 12 to 36 months, and we are open to considering even longer durations based on the contract's terms and conditions.

How do letting agents benefit from working with us?

With our collaboration, you are relieved of the burden of finding ongoing guests, managing them, and overseeing the property.

We take care of the entire guest-finding process, allowing you to focus on your core services. You will be involved only in case any emergency maintenance service is required (e.g., boiler break), in line with your Management Agreement with the owner.

By partnering with us, you open up an additional source of income without the need to investing significant time or resources.
